If you are not available to accept delivery or the courier is unable to gain access to your property, your parcel may be left in a place deemed safe by the courier, or a courier card may be left enabling you to organise delivery / collection.
Please understand we cannot be held liable if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.
If your goods are damaged through the delivery process, please contact us immediately to discuss how we can help. We reserve the right to request images of the damaged goods.
Standard delivery 2-5 business days. Express shipping available. Refer to Delivery Table below for all costs and timeframes. Specific delivery times are not available.
Orders placed before 10am (Sydney AEST) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
